The "0:00" CV is always a bit tricky, personally i wait to get cved when i see a Enemie with CV, that usually takes around 2-5 Seconds. But in soloqueue not everyone does that so i guess its fine.
If u CV at 0:54 and they are invading, its alrdy to late for that since by this time they should alrdy be in your jungle.
Since i dont main Jungler and dropped CV ages ago i cant rly help with the other times, but if u want to keep track of the Jungler u need some knowledge of his junglespeed since the jungle routes aint rly changed.

the 0:00 CV usually tells me a few things. First what items they are going, and second it tells me how fast they are mobilizing (and which way they are going).
Jungler routes, from what I have been watching are relatively the same, just a bit slower. Since there is no more leashing it will be harder for Junglers to push through like before.
Ideally I would like for people who are currently jungling to just take note of where they are at these certain points. This will help to develop the game! =-D

I have never used that spell while in the jungle, I will have to try it for 6:34ish I would just check their blue or red buff :P

I'm not too good of a Jungler myself. So I want to enlist some help for something I'll be attaching to my guide.
I want to get people to start using CV very effectively. I think that CV can be a game changer.
Here are the important times if you took full mastery ranks in Mastermind.
I will colour things in gold if I know they should stay. Blue if I think they should stay. Red if I have no bloody clue.
0:00 - CV on base camp to see what items are being picked up
0:54 - CV on Blue Buff (or red for some junglers) to see if they are planning on taking it or if they are invading.
1:48 - Maybe CV on red buff? Depends on the jungler?
2:42 - Don't know
3:36 - Don't know
4:30 - Don't know
5:24 - Don't know
What I would like is for you, if you're a Jungler to think about your timings and where you are at these specific points in time.
