Active can allow you to force fights in undesirable positions for your opponents. That's pretty good, i'd say

Its still not that good of an item it has its place best of newer items but you wont see any supports rushing it lcs all supports do now is get ruby sight stone and SR that will continue and solo que they will do similar things.

the lcs isnt soloQ, in soloQ the support probably wards less and gets more assists per game rather than the maybe 3 they get in the lcs due to people rarely dying

also as a support arnt you gearing more towards utility rather than stats? i mean stats are good but you want the utility items bring

Why did they delay the time the small camps spawn even further?

Because blue botlane was still able to take the golems while losing only 1-2 minions.

Ah, I wondered when the last patch was introduced whether that would be possible, but I didn't bother to try it and I hadn't heard of anyone else doing it either.

I asked RiotMontag and he said that some bot combinations can take it without losing any minions atm. And most bot lanes can take it without losing more than 1-2 minions. They counted that now bot can't take it without losing more than half of the enemy wave.
