Ok, so ive been starting to get into adc lately, and im in need of some tips/advices. Im not a BAD last hitter, but i have to confess that im not particularly good at it either and i feel i have some room for improvement.

currently my favourite is draven. Draven is a fantastic last hitter because of his q. And ive been doing pretty well with him IMO. I usually get around 200 or a bit less cs per game and about 250 if its a long one, and in most games i tend to keep up with my opponent adc in cs counts when laning, but i rarely clearly outfarm them. But i do outfarm them with about 10-20 cs pretty often, but i feel i could do more.
and also, what do you usually do when early teamfights on mid break out a lot and you would need more cs, do you go help them or do you just continue farming (if the enemy tower is pushed)? <--- might seem like a stupid question but ive had many games where early teamfights have broken, and im not very sure if i can get there in time, so i have to choose between cs or my teammates.

Also i currently use my low lvl account (18) instead of my 30 lvl because i had some hilariously bad games during provisional matches and got a bad tier placement (bronze 1), and i want to "start with a clean slate" so i could gather some playing experience and score better in ranked.

First of all, it'll take substantially less time to just spam ranked and get out of bronze 1, than to level a whole other account and play provisionals for a chance to not be in bronze. I've never been in bronze before, but if you truly don't deserve to be in bronze, you should be able to carry yourself out with a little bit of effort.

The best way to know how badly your team needs you, is to just ask. Say something along the lines of, "About to kill turret. Do i need to come now?"

A common are that breaks team is lack of communication between members. Being clear with your team, is important, and can swing fights in your favors. Even future instructions, like "7:15 Be here", or "If they come, stop doing baron and fight" greatly increase your odds of winning

I've spent hours in custom games last-hitting with different champion. As of Draven, you need to learn his attack animation and so on (which you probably have). My tip is to just... practice. Early game CS is usually the hardest to get, so calculate your damage. A thing can be to left/click minions to views it's HP. Easier to calculate when to attack.

TL:DR; practice

To do before starting to practice:

- Get your ADC's
- Get correct Masteries (usual one are 21/9/0)
- Get Rune pages: Armor pen reds, armor yellows, magic resist blues (flat or scaling), Quints you can try a few mixes between AD and lifesteal quints.

What to practice:

1. Simple basic last hitting.
A few approaches work.
- Watch some steams from high ranked ADC players. Specifically focus on how they last hit.
- Practice last hitting in custom/bot games.

This is meant to learn/practice the starting strength of your ADC, their attack animation, the time it takes them to actually attack. It won't take long before you instintively know when a minion is low enough to last hit.
Especially early game this can be annoying.

2. Minion kill order.
This one is bit harder. With this you experiment on how to most efficiently clear a wave. Best practiced in bot games, but streams can give you the basic idea.

With this you decide which minions die when. Not just waiting for the minion that gets low due to taking damage from your own minions, but actively bringing certain minions low enough so there's enough time for you to kill one, then kill the next, and so on.

Example: 2 minions have same amount of aggro, meaning they'll both die at about the same time. Now if you play the waiting game and wait for your minions to bring them low enough for you to last hit, you'll lose one of the two. Now in stead of waiting, you can force one to die sooner, by adding one or two auto attacks.

3. Fast clears/pushing your lane.
Best practiced in custom games.
Try to figure out the best combo of attacks to quickly clear a wave.

Exmple: - With Sivir you can activate your W, shoot one or two (or three) rounds, then fire a Q aiming at hitting every minion. Hint: you can even hit spread out groups by moving your champion after casting your Q.
- With Caitlyn you can hit every minion a once or twice, then firing your Q aiming to hit every minion.

4. Freezing the lane
Again, to get the idea, practice in custom games first.
The idea is to not push your lane. To do as little damage to the enemy minions as you can. If done correctly, you'll attack most minions just once, as a last hit.
Practice this after you've tried out the minion kill order. Or try both at the same time.

5. Last hitting under tower.
Learn the strength of the tower hits and when it's best to hit the minions.
Melee minions can usually take 2 tower hits and then you can last hit.
Caster minion will die on the second tower hit.
Try practicing the timing of your last hit so the tower fires that second or third shot at a minion you just killed.

6. Last hitting with enemy harrass
Contrary to all others, this one is best practiced in ARAM.
You'll have 5 players trying their best to kill you.
Practice last hitting while trying to stay alive.
This is more about positioning than actual last hitting.
I suggest you try this one last.
Most of the cs you miss should be due to enemy harrass. If you feel it's more due to you not knowing when to attack, practice the previous 5 points some more.
If you feel you're getting zoned too much, you miss cs because you have to dodge enemy harrass, this is the one you should be practicing.

7. Keep killing minions.
If you're not on your way through the jungle/river towards another lane/objective, you should be killing minions/monsters.
This is something you have to remember and keep focussing on.

8. Outfarming your enemy.
One way would be to get a nice cs average by practicing the previous points.
Another is to deny them minions to farm.
If you can force them out of lane, push the lane and have the tower kill as many minions as possible.
When killing a tower. Don't just go at it to destroy it as fast as possible. If you've just killed your enemy, or forced them to back, hold off on that killing blow. Allow the tower to kill as many minions as possible. A minion killed by the tower, is a minion less your enemy can farm.

If there's anything incorrect, don't hesitate to point it out. :D
Cuz ya know, I'm just bronze, how'd I know how to cs properly. :D
Also, ADC is my least played role. :D

^ Last hitting is much harder without AD runes; practically impossible when you're under your tower getting pressured.

@OP, there's not much you can do other than practicing. Each champion is different and some are easier to cs on than others. Try Caitlyn, she's probably the easiest ADC in the game to farm with as well as being easy to learn/play. Definitely also watch a good ADC stream and take note of how they do it if you haven't already.
