Increases an allied unit's attack speed by 20 / 24 / 28 / 32 / 36 / 40% (+ 5% per 100 ability power) and movement speed by 8 / 9 / 10 / 11 / 12% for 12 seconds. Also increases target's ability power by 20% (+ 5% per 100 ability power) up to a maximum of 40 / 60 / 80 / 100 / 120. Nunu also gains the effects of Blood Boil if cast on an allied unit.

They should make this skill more effective if used only on himself (like Taric heal) cause when you play alone in jungle or on top lane it's a little bit waste

A great skill that combined with Nunu's passive always him to almost permanently have increased attack and movement speed
Good for running away, tower pushing and chasing
