Release: Vladimir unleashes a torrent of blood missiles at surrounding enemies, dealing between 20 / 33.75 / 47.5 / 61.25 / 75 (+2.5% bonus health) and 80 / 135 / 190 / 245 / 300 (+10% bonus health) magic damage depending on charge time. If this ability was charged for at least 1 second, it also slows targets by 40% for 0.5 seconds.
