Karthus bot is a really agressive pick, its basically the AP version of Draven, so u really wanna play him as agressive as the Matchup allows you to, you win against basically all ADC champs and u have Insane Scaling, so try to get ahead while laning also try to get as many Dark harvest stacks as u possibly can if u are playing it.try to get on ur first reset. If both supports are roaming u can easily cheesee a kill on the enemy adc, try to hit 1-2 q's before the 1v1 starts so the fight is in ur favor, u can also Q+W from a bush to get a cheesee kill on ur opponent

Play for objectives,rotate to your team play as a team for objective dont get caught alone try to poke the enemies so the fight is in ur teams favour, u can even ult before the fight if the situation is given correctly.Idealy u should buy zhonyas when enemies have an assassin or a reset champion.

u should be around 5-6 items by now and u have INSANE damage
Teamfights should always be in ur favour if u play it correctly so it is up to you to carry the game, if u have correct items for the game it should be very doable for you

I usually ban Zeri everygame, but ban whatever u dont feel comfortable playing vs
Draven/Kalista are good bans in general.

U have a really strong early compared to alot of adc that are being played + u have really insane scaling.There might be drafts were ur team is full AP/AP heavy, Karthus is usually best when SOLO AP so therefore a full AP team is bad for you.U also dont need to be afraid dying as Karthus ADC, a good usage of the passive can easily win you the game,dying in a chokepoint to zone the enemies carries is really gamewinning alot of times

Not much changed for karthus except the build has changed a bit(it is updated in the guide), besides that he is really strong compared to Normal ADCS right now and u need to play a bit more with mana usage in mind since Presence of mind now has cooldown so its a bit more tricky in lane but as soon as u have ur first item its fine again.
