As a person that has played Kled a lot for my standards, it's a skill-based matchup that favors Sett. A good Kled can win the matchup if they know how to fight it, but generally Kled loses in my experience.

Yes it is because I had a lot of hard time against Kleds but the more I play the more i have to agree with you. Will change soon!

Hey GodMulti, there was a minor bug with Sett's classic skin recently, which is causing your guide to have a broken image in the guide listings. Just edit and Publish your guide again and it should fix it.
