Champion Build Guide

[11.16] Cultist Twisted Fate

By Eddie4542
Why?
A lot of people may be like why would you ever want to build lethality on Twisted Fate instead of attack speed and its so that you can kill people in only a few AAs since you deal so much damage in just one or two. I also am a big fan of Duskblade as its passive is very fun to mess around with and can prove very useful if you use it right. Overall this is one of my favorite AD TF builds just due to how fun it can be and all the stuff you can pull off.
All the Items

Duskblade of Draktharr

Stats:

[60 Attack Damage] [18 Lethality] [20 Ability Haste]

Unique:

Nightstalker: Your next basic attack against an enemy deals 65 (+25% AD) bonus physical damage on-hit. Scoring a takedown against an enemy champion within 3 seconds of damaging them resets this effects cooldown and grants you invisibility for 1.5 secs

Mythic Passive:

Empowers each of your other Legendary items with 5 ability haste

Why Duskblade?

Duskblade is the bread and butter of this build due to the amount of lethality and % damage you can eliminate many high priority targets if you play it smart. Duskblade makes your teamfighting very strong as you get 1.5 secs to reposition after a kill and with sheer amount of ability haste in this build you'll likely have a gold card up. Ideally with duskblade you can help kill the frontline for an initial proc of duskblade and use that 1.5 secs to go further into the backline and from there you can play back to front. Duskblade also provides a lot of ability haste which regular AD TF lacks and it comes in really handy when wanting to secure kills.

Blade of the Ruined King

Stats:

[40 Attack Damage] [25% Attack Speed] [10& Life steal]

Unique:

Mist's Edge: Basic attacks deal 6% of the targets current health bonus physical damage on-hit, with a minimum of 15 against all units and a maximum of 60 against minions and monsters.

Unique:

Siphon: Basic attacks on-hit against enemy champions apply a stack for 6 seconds, stacking up to three times. The third stack consume all stacks to deal 40-150 bonus magic damage on-hit and slow the target by 25% for 2 secs, while also granting you 25% bonus movement speed for the same duration [20 seconds cooldown]

Why Blade of the Ruined King?

BOTRK has been the item I rush on this build as the stats it gives are what lethality TF are missing the attack speed and life steal are crucial to insuring you proc PTA and the Siphon passive every time if you can buy a dirk early and then start working towards BORTK starting with a vampiric scepter for the sustain.

The Collector

Stats:

[55 Attack Damage] [20% Critical Strike Chance] [12 Lethality]

Unique:

Death and Taxes: if you deal post-mitigation damage that leave a champion below 5% maximum health, execute them. Champion kills grant you an additional 25 Gold.

Why The Collector?

Collector is a great item as you get additional gold income for some of the more expensive items and its ability to secure kills allows you to constantly proc duskblade which is the end goal of this build and overall blowing people up with collector is very satisfying and never gets old.

Berserker's Greaves

Stats:

[35% Attack Speed] [45 Movement Speed]

Why Berserker's Greaves?

Greaves is a great item for Lethality TF as you are in dire need of attack speed just to insure you can proc PTA and Siphon and overall no other boots would make much sense on Lethality TF as other boots don't really provide combat stats

Seryldas's Grudge

Stats:

[45 Attack Damage] [20 Ability Haste] [30% Armor Pen]

Unique:

Bitter Cold: Dealing ability damage slows affected units by 30% for 1 second

Why Seryldas's Grudge?

I love using Seryldas as it doesn't let your target escape and the armor pen allows you to kill higher armor targets and overall makes it so squishy targets cant itemize and my personal favorite item to build if you are snowballing even opting for it 2nd or 3rd item.

Serpent's Fang

Stats:

[55 Attack Damage] [18 Lethality]

Unique:

Shield Reaver: Dealing damage to an enemy champion injects them with venom for 3 seconds, reducing any shields they gain within the duration by 35%, and if the target was not already afflicted by the venom, reducing all of their active shields by the same amount.

Why Serpent's Fang?

Serpent's Fang is a great item and can out value any of the other lethality items when built against the right comp its cheap price and similar stats to Youmuu's Ghostblade makes a great item to grab if you wanna build a little more fast pace.

Youmuu's Ghostblade

Stats:

[60 Attack Damage] [18 Lethality]

Unique:

Wraith Step: Gain 20% movement speed and ghosting for 6 seconds (45 second cooldown).

Unique:

Haunt: Gain 40 bonus movement speed while out of combat.

Why Youmuu's Ghostblade?

Youmuu's is a great medium between the cost effective Serpents and the snowball high damage Seryldas, Youmuu's out of combat movement speed allows you to play aggressive with your ult and look for roams and side lane plays, the active can also act like a budget RFC.
