game plan
Full clear in all of your games and you don't always have to start blue. If you are starting red you have to make sure to not e and run oom. Karthus is a champ where it will be okay if you fall behind but is better not to because you are just making the game harder for yourself. If enemy team wants to go even and scale up you will scale harder.
tips
karthus can gank and dive easily
2 full clear rotations and a little bit of minion xp will get you level 6
Keep in mind karthus relies on your laners a lot and try not to force early game plays that are coinflip
