My name is viktorswaglord also known as Viktor I'm a high elo Evelynn player.
The reason i made this guide is because i see a lot of miss information about Evelynn regarding builds and the way u should play her.So i thought since I've been playing her for about 4 seasons I should make a guide to help people become better at Evelynn.

This guide was put together with all my knowledge that i know about this champion and the game for the sole purpose of teaching others how to play and improve on Evelynn so they can play on a higher level.

Evelynn is a really EASY to play champion, she has a really unique and FUN playstyle. She is an ASSASIN meaning she can easily take the game in her hands and 1v9. All you need to do on her is survive till level 6 where u get invisiblity and then CARRY the game which is really EASY to do because of her INSANE DAMAGE. So if u want FREE ELO u should definitely pick her up.

Q

HATE SPIKE (Q): Evelynn strikes out with her Lasher, dealing damage to the first unit hit. Then, Evelynn can shoot a line of spikes at nearby foes up to 3 times. USAGE/TIPS: When using Hate Spike its really important to aim your first Q well because if it hits your target your next 3 abilities/attacks will deal more damage, so dont throw it carelessly when going for a gank.

W

ALLURE (W): Evelynn curses her target, causing her next attack or spell after a delay to charm her target and reduce their magic resist. USAGE/TIPS: There is a lot of missunderstanding about Allure and how to use it. A lot of people are not aware of the fact that u DONT need to wait the full duration of the charge. I personally like to use it a lot of times as a SLOW rather than CHARM. I would advise you to only use Allure as a charm if u are behind the enemy champion so he will walk towards you guaranteeing the full effect.

E

WHIPLASH (E): Evelynn whips her target with her Lasher, dealing damage. She then gains Move Speed for a short duration. USAGE/TIPS: You should always combo E Whiplash with your Q Hate Spike to maximize your damage output. U can also use E Whiplash while running to/from someone to gain move speed.

R

LAST CARESS (Ultimate): Evelynn briefly goes untargetable and decimates the area in front of her before warping backwards a long distance. USAGE/TIPS:This is the ability that makes Evelynn one of the BEST and SAFEST assasins.There are TWO ways to use Last Caress.The FIRST is combining it with Flash in the late game to take the enemy squishies out of the game. One combo for that is Hate Spike Flash Whiplash Last Caress this combination can ONESHOT the enemy adc from even 100% HP. The other way to use this ability is using it backwards to either GAP CLOSE to get closer to the enemy or as an ESCAPE to get further away from them.

Early game

In the early game you should FOCUS on clearing your camps as FAST as u can and AVOID early fights. Getting LEVEL 6 Last Caress is a really crucial point for Evelynn because thats when u get your invisblity Demon Shade so i advise you to just FULL CLEAR your camps until that point. Some tips try to avoid dying as much as you can by tracking the enemy junglers pathing and putting VISION down. You spike way harder than any other jungle after getting 6, only gank before level 6 if u are 100% confident that u can get either a KILL or an ASSIST.

Mid game

When i talk about mid game im talking about after level 6 at this point you should be focusing on GANKING beacuse of your passive Demon Shade you are invisible so GANKS become SUPER EASY to pull off. I usually focus on ganking side lanes meaning BOT/TOP because these lanes are way longer than mid so its HARDER for the enemy TO ESCAPE from you. But dont forget to take your camps Evelynn has one of the FASTEST JUNGLE CLEARS in the game so even if u are ahead or behind ALWAYS take your jungle camps when it spawns. If u have botlane prio try to take as many DRAKES as possible its pretty easy for Evelynn to kill the DRAKE after level 6.

Late game

During the lategame Evelynn has TWO jobs one is to catch off people who are isolated from their team which u can EASILY do thanks to her Demon Shade invisiblity and the other one is Flash COMBO the enemy in TEAMFIGHTS if they are GROUPED up. Evelynn also super good at stealing/securing BARONS/DRAKES in the late game. So if you see the enemy starting BARON ward over W Allure the BARON/DRAKE and once it charges Flash over and R Last Caress and Smite at the SAME TIME which should deal around 4K DAMAGE all together in the lategame so u will GUARANTEED get the STEAL.
