Hello im Fedthjelm. Im a tryhard Viego on a daily basis. My peak in season 12 was silver as an Ivern main. Now i moved to a Viego main to 1v9 every game. Im yet to do that but at least im trying.

And if you are on EUW and need some Bronze players to flex with, i think u should go to my stream. I try to gather a nice little group of people from all elos, who wanna enjoy each other. The dream is a discord group where the greatest flex matches of all time will be made.

We like flash a lot since the W/Flash combe gets all the bronze players by surprise everytime, i guess thats why most of us in bronze.

I made this build with Hearsteel because heartsteel is great on Viego in my opinion, the only con about it is you dont get it as a first item to get that sweet sweet extra hp going.
Why i like Hearsteel on Viego u might think. Since he is clearly a Fighter or a assasin as some like to build him this patch with crit. But i have used hearsteel a lot, and it just gives u that nice chunk of health, so you are not that much in danger when u get hit with cc, which is a big no no on viego, because u want to run around getting that pentakill instead of sleeping midgame like u been hit with that Morgana Q. I tried Jak'Sho and no doubt even after the nerfs it got not long ago it is still a great item, but you lose the effect when u posses where Heartsteel Gets ready when you are hitting your keyboard after each possesion, so when you get back, and have the abilities u actually know, your heartsteel are ready to smack. Blade of the ruined king might got nerfed, but it is not like Riot made it useless. You still get that sweet lifesteal so u can snowball nice with all the damage you do, and with Heartsteel if u get in front and hit 2 item spike before anybody else, it is in my experience that u just got to keep calm and penta, because u will be immortal and have great amounts of damage.
Plated steelcaps or Mercury's treads well this is a no brainer for high elo's but since i want this guide to be for everybody, i will just explain. You go Steelcaps when you que up against the same Yasou/Yone main who is "mid or troll" and the other team got no ap or close to none. Mercury's treads are so nice on Viego because of the tenacity, so when the inner Iron player gets out in you, these little guys are no doubt life savers. That is why Mercury Treads are my favourite, after i tried Steelcaps and Berserkers.

I try to do this every game.
Early keep your cool and dont go if you are not 100% on getting the kill, since you dont want to get behind at anytime
Mid game you done a great job and found some easy kills that this guide helped you secure. You went for the drake at level 6 and ulted the enemy team so bad, that their mothers can recognize them(good job buddy) now you hit the 2 item spike which allows you to do 1v2 when you dont meet the enemy mundo.
Late game is very easy you just go penta with your super build.
