Hello, I'm Sukuna. I've been maining Twitch for 4 seasons now, and I am here bringing you my in-depth guide on how I play Twitch. My current goal is to give you the knowledge and tools you need to find success on Twitch at any rank!

FIRST STRIKE First Strike First Strike provides extra true damage on your damage, while also giving you gold while doing so. Currently, it is my personal favorite as your damage output both in early and late game is enhanced through this rune. |
PRESS THE ATTACK Press the Attack Press the Attack provides you extra single target damage and it is also the best alternative to first strike. If you are looking forward in focusing a single important target during the fights, this rune will help you out by bursting that target. |
HAIL OF BLADES Hail of Blades Hail of Blades provides 3 consecutive attacks with empowered attack speed. For the AP build, this rune helps you most with stacking your Deadly Venom faster. If you are playing HOB on AD twitch, I highly suggest having an assassin playstyle. |

First Strike became a viable rune after the lethal tempo removal, it's my personal favorite as you have extra true damage, and in lane, every time you throw a W on the enemy champs to poke, you gain 15 gold guaranteed |
Run Press the Attack when you're more focused on single-target damage. If you know they're gonna have a diver, or if eliminating a certain target is going to most likely be important, PTA takes priority |

Contaminate after the ultimate Spray and Pray as it is your second main damage ability on Twitch. This is going to be your trade tool in the early game, as well as the execute during late game. We max Ambush second, because it enables your kiting and positioning potential by giving you camouflage and attack speed after exiting stealth. W comes last as it is not good as AD twitch.

Contaminate is now your only main damage ability, therefore we still max it first. I personally go for 2 points in Q after finishing maxing E, as it provides more attack speed and more stealth duration so you can scout/position yourself correctly. After level 11, maxing Venom Cask becomes a priority, as you start building more and more AP, your W will start dealing a serious amount of slow.

The first item should always be Blade of the Ruined King. As it is currently the best first item on twitch that helps you melt champs that build HP and further enables your kiting potential with the slow it inflicts on enemy champions from the items passive. Runaan's Hurricane is currently your must-have 2nd item as it offers really good attack speed % and gives you great wave clear with the item passive, which will further synergise exceptionally well with Titanic Hydra. Titanic Hydra is your 3rd core item and your actual power spike. The synergy between Runaan's Hurricane and Titanic Hydra is basically just brute forcing your enemies through teamfights they will never win if you manage to kite and position correctly.

Early Game
Early game with Twitch is decent due tp the crit item changes, as it is really flexible in building the first items. During the early game, you are looking forward to stack some gold on First Strike or even if possible gain a couple of kills to be able to snowball. If that's not the case, focus on having high CS numbers.

Mid Game
Now this is where macro and wave management become important. You need to learn how to set up your waves for a roaming potential and understand how to make a useful roam instead of wasting time. You should always keep an eye on your map for enemy positioning.
Item-wise, once you get Runaan's Hurricane and The Collector the fun begins. Now your positioning is way more important than anything else in the fights. Also, try to keep your CS numbers up as it is vital you get at least CS advantage so you can grab items and start being useful.

Late Game
Late game is just amazing with Twitch. Your damage output and kit will make the enemy be afraid of any teamfight they can't see you in. Late game is very important for twitch as the enemy can't do anything about you unless you are unable to position yourself correctly and you are focused down, without being able to finish your teamfight. Also, don't be afraid to use Spray and Pray whenever you feel that the enemy is out of position for a pick, this is where Ultimate Hunter comes in, as instead of 90 second default ult CD you get ~60 seconds CD.

Tips
- Abuse your Q
- Join Fights from an unseen spot / flank
- Don't confuse camouflage with invisibilty, your Q Ambush camouflages you, therefore try to stay away from enemy champs when trying to flank
- With the increased range from your ult Spray and Pray you can shoot over walls like dragon or baron pit and even attack towers without getting hit.
- You can use Q Ambush before recalling and complete your recall while in camouflage.
- Try your best to hit as many people with your R Spray and Pray as your auto attacks pierce your targets, therefore enabling teamfight AOE damage.
- Join Fights from an unseen spot / flank

Conclusion
Twitch is a really good ADC if played correctly, he can change the course of an entire teamfight with his kit which can also be used to snowball the game into getting that free LP. I will be trying my best to change anything new on this guide as the new season is almost here and to be here delivering information so you can stomp with twitch no matter what.
