PROS
+ She is an insane ROAMER
+ She can assasinate and 1v1 most of the champs
+ You can surprise your opponent on lane
+ Symbiotic Soles are awesome on her dont hesitate to abuse fast backs
+ You can handle sidelane so easily
+ She look cool with the bird
CONS
- Its a cheesy champ so if you get behind its gonna be hard but its still possible to catch on her scaling is ok

Fast backing mechanic of these boots is broken on quinn post lvl 6 she can buy items so often and coime back to lane without losing any CS. Sometimes its even faster to back and go to your potential fight (due to homegard and summoning your R on back) than just pressing R and going there

You can also look for clueless sidelaners who wont expec to get one shoted
LATE
Handle the Sidelanes and try to assasinate carries before or during team fights
