Tips
First and most important, play this only if you've got an early lead and enemies are squishy, otherwise pivot out to AD after Serpents.
Big mistake players make is after buying some AP they would start spamming Emp W even though their Emp Q still deals more damage (without taking AS into consideration)
Emp W will start dealing more damage than Emp Q after you've reached LVL13 and 2 AP items.
AP Rengar is crazy good at destroying towers, if you can't oneshot anyone, consider playing side, applying pressure, you can do some crazy ****.
