Hello I am Enrique, and I have been a Fiora OTP for 3 years now and I have some pretty dirty mechs. I am currently GM with roughly 400 games on her this split, so I wanted to share some of my insights on the character.
I genuinely believe Fiora is OP if you master her. Even the hard MUs can be playable if you are good. Thats what makes her so fun. Hope you enjoy the guide.

Fioras one downfall is her lack of early game wave clear, which means the way you manage the wave is crucial.
Ideal scenario is you know your JG is pathing to you so you get early prio and crash second wave. Last hit the third and fourth wave minions and let it pushback to you, allowing you to freeze when your JG arrives.
Sometimes you have to give early prio and thats ok. Let them crash the wave and slow push to there tower. You will have level 3 prio if they crash second wave onm you which means you force a trade. If you stack the wave right, then the cannon wave should be easy for you to farm and crash letting you get a clean reset before JG can gank you. Sometimes though enemy JG can skip a camp and gank earlier, and most the time you will probably die, but if you crash the wave before hand and burn flashes from enemy thats a win. Cause now you dont have to TP back to lane but your enemy laner does bc he needs to reset.

Look to get early game prio for an early base. AD is busted on fiora so even basing for a singular LS is worth it. If you take grasp with buscuits try to only base when TP is up. You will be able to maximize the XP you can get. Your main objectice during laning phase is to get prio for VOID Grubs. They are pretty strong on Fiora since you already excel in split pushing

Now that you have ravenous you perma sit sides and make sure to shove lanes. Always try to position yourself opposite side of map from objective to create pressure. Keep track of who has TP on the enemy team to see whn you can just keep pushing. If your jungler is on your side of the map dont be afraid to take fights. If not play a little slower till you see enemy jungler.
Sometimes there are situations where you cant play for a tower bc a crucial objective is spawning. You can shove wave then go hover mid to help your team gain control.

Mid Game macro basically comes down to what does your team want to do as a group. If you know you are weaksided in side lane and your team is securing an objective on the other side of the map, play safe. The enemy team only has one play and its to kill you, if you survive then that is best case scenario.

Teamfighting ids the real showcase of a good fiora. You need to identify threats that you can counter with Parry to save your team. Look out for engage ults to Parry, (Hec, Yone,Malph, Seraphine, Nami, Etc.) If enemy team wants to dive play next to your ADC and protect them. If Your team wants to engage jump the bck line with your team. Note: If you have a character on your team that has a reset (Jinx, Kat, Viego, Samira) just ult the frontliner and insta kill them to start the fight. If enemy team has an engage Support and they troll an engage just ult them and insta kill them.

Group With team and just play together. You cannot afford to get caught in side lane.

SLOWSSSSSS. Anything that slows counters Fiora. Your Q speed scales off of you movement speed. Enchanters (LULU especially). That character is probably one of the most broken things I have ever seen. She just knd of exists and there is nothig you can do about it.

Heavy Range team comps are pretty hard to deal with and realistically you should lock a different character. However, fiora is busted so you can still make it work. Most mages for instance have a lot of range, however they are immobile. Play around vision and the fact that they can never push in side lanes. As soon as you get on top of them they are dead.

Match your Tempo with JG and Supp ideally. This means base when they base and make plays with them. After a base never auto walk to lane during mid game. You mainly want to open mid, are escort your jg into their jg if there might be a threat.

Fiora is the best 1v1 champ in the game. But that doesnt always mean you have to kill people. The best time to kill people is when you know you can get something out of it afterwards. For instance in laning phase if there is a stacked wave agaisnt you and you have no TP there is no reason to kill or even trade the laner in that situation. Even if you know you can kill them, you still have to reset, and with fioras lack of wave clear you cant shove fast enough, so you just become lane locked.

When Ulting people it is almost always better in the early game to just walk up and click R on them to bnot wastwe your Q.
When ulting always prioritze the vital closest to a wall to they cant dodge it.
When you Q in your ult it should be in a diagonal way so that you can be next to two vitals.
Learn to auto reset. This is essential in mastering fiora. Auto-reseting during you ult makes you look clean.
NEVER ULT if you do not have E.
If someone is running at you, if you ult and insta parry you will immediatly hit the first vital and slow them.
During Laning phase if the vital is pointing towards you it is almost always better to walk up auto it, then Q to the back vital, then as you leave auto the third vital.
