Hi! Generally yes, but you need more than just basic knowledge on wave states, freezing. etc. Enemies can freeze waves for 2-8 minutes on top if the wave pushes, while on mid it lasts way less time. When I play top I just take because almost all matchups are hard anyways, over since I will be splitting more often, always Max E even when going tank. Build is the same but I build second if I’m doing the tank build.

It's extremely rare for me to build . I would only do it if I'm vs. a matchup I can't kill easily ( or ), and the enemy team is full AD.
