Hi everyone, it’s Mattheos here back with another ULTIMATE GUIDE! Now there is but one thing I want to say to all that see this. I predicted Kai’sas’ existence over a year ago. That’s right. I created a concept of a assassin adc with a lot of mobility, invisibility, Attack speed steroid move, A Jhin like W Snipe, a passive which allows for extra damage on a target and a mad ultimate dash/teleport. The only difference is the massive was called corruption cause of...you know, the void and she was a he…BUT here we are! Kasia IS the new Vayne and will be the perfect choice for all you ADC players who want to have more of an impact, and junglers and Top laners, and Mid…Laners…support… Within tis guide you will learn the fundamental tools needed to dominate your foes and impress mates and produce salt and increase tiltage. Any feedback is welcome as this guide will be constantly updated to give you the most accurate information per patch. And with that being said, let’s dive into the void!

PASSIVE: SECOND SKIN
Caustic Wounds:
Kai’Sa’s basic attacks mark enemies with Plasma, dealing increasing bonus magic damage. After a few successive attacks, the Plasma ruptures for a burst of damage based on the target’s missing health.
Nearby allies’ immobilizing effects add stacks of Plasma.
Living Weapon:
Kai’Sa’s symbiotic-suit adapts to her chosen attack style, evolving her abilities based on permanent stats gained from shop items and experience level.
Play Video Q: ICATHIAN RAIN
Kai’Sa releases a swarm of missiles evenly distributed among nearby enemies, with additional hits on the same target dealing slightly reduced damage.
Living Weapon:
With enough bonus Attack Damage, Icathian Rain fires significantly more missiles.
Play Video W: VOID SEEKER
Kai’Sa fires off a beam of Void energy, revealing the first enemy hit, dealing magic damage, and applying stacks of Plasma.
Living Weapon:
With enough bonus Ability Power, Void Seeker deals more damage and partially refunds the cooldown on champion hit.
Play Video E: SUPERCHARGER
Kai’Sa charges up, briefly increasing her movement speed but losing the ability to attack. After charging up, Kai’Sa whips out the big guns to increase her attack speed for a few seconds.
Basic attacks reduce Supercharger’s cooldown.
Living Weapon:
With enough bonus Attack Speed, Supercharger briefly grants true invisibility while charging up.
Play Video R: KILLER INSTINCT
Kai’Sa dashes at extremely high speed with long range to a location near an enemy champion marked with Plasma and briefly gains a damage-absorbing shield.

Fleet Footwork
Attacking and moving builds Energy stacks. At 100 stacks, your next attack heals you and grants increased MS.

Overheal
Excess healing on you becomes a shield.

Legend: Alacrity
Takedowns on enemies grant permanent Attack Speed.

Coup de Grace
Deal more damage to low health enemy champions.

Gathering Storm
Gain increasing amounts of AD or AP, adaptive over the course of the game.

Nimbus Cloak
Shortly after casting your Ultimate, gain a decaying movement speed increase that lasts for 2.5s and allows you to pass through units.

Stormrazor is simply the most OP item right now on Kai'Sa ADC, it gives he crazy attack speed, crit and AD damage. Absolutely, MUST FIRST BUY on Kai'Sa after Berserker's Greaves.


You mainly build this as a cheap source for even more attack speed. The damage reduction can definitely be useful as a semi-defensive item too though, should you need the additional protection.


This is the one item that can save your life more than just about any other effect in the game. The ability to purge a CC effect from yourself on demand is the difference between dying and losing a fight, and possibly several objectives or turning and winning said fight. It also gives you great AD, some MR, and a healthy ammount of lifesteal. Easily one of the most important items in the entire game for an ADC. (It is highly recommended that you build Quicksilver Sash early in the mid-game and get other items finished before completing this item for the minor extra AD bonus).


An item rarely built on most champions but gives Kai'Sa the AP she needs for her passive. At max stacks this item gives 74 AP, which may seem like a waste, but it allows for her W to be evolved giving her extra cooldown and damage.


Bersker's Graves are the go to boots for ADC Kai'sa, Tabi's are another option against full AD enemy teams or Ionian Boots of Lucidity are a viable pick for APC Kai'Sa.


This item can bring you back to life and give you the opportunity to get your full burst combo off once again surprising the enemy team and securing an ace for your team!

You play Kai’Sa like an ADC Mechanic wise early game, but come mid-late game a assassins mind-set. At the beginning of the match start with your Q just for that early lane pressure as you’ll be able to clear your waves much faster then the enemy and force them under tower. Once you get your E you’ll be able to roam however I advise wait until you have your ult. This is more effective as you would have gained enough gold to have bought a core item and will be able to have more of an impact when roaming to other lanes after a fight as you can pick off enemies for easy kills.

Once at mid-late game play like you would Kha’Zix. Look for picks on enemies that are isolated from the rest of the team as your single duelling potential is limitless. One benefit of Kai’Sa is the fact she can also stay with her team as back line dealing continuous damage to enemies with her Q, Icathian Rain. Once you have that lead, don’t waste it, You can split push as she has good clear, push the lead as far as you can as Kai’Sa is definitely a carry champ!

Kai’Sa is going to shake up the bot lane with something that many ADC champions don’t have, Massive Versatility. She is a very fun champion to play with a lot of promise in her kit and a lot of carry potential.
