I definitely think that works! I'm honestly not much of an expert on changing runes, since I run electrocute 99% of the time.

Would just like to say, going atk speed, adaptive, resistance is better than adaptive, adaptive, resistance in most cases. Easier to cs and wins you a lot of trades especially because Ahri w gives movement speed which normally means you can weave in a few autos. If you're someone who trades a lot I highly recommend to try it out. Also holding the charm is a cc in itself. Nice guide btw :)

Hello! Very well-made guide, my friend!

I think can also be a good option for solo queue in very rare situations (low cc comp and easy matchup) and I think it should 99% be taken in clash/flex/full-stack games, as the ADC should already be the one dealing the damage.

I think you have a point... if I'm laning vs. a Lulu or something, I might roll out the spellbook. It's really hard to tell when you can take it and when it's better to just go for a more standard Electrocute build. In flex, it's less about the damage and more about the setup. If you can switch between ignite, TP, exhaust, etc., you have more ways to get into a fight and set up a kill on the enemy carry. I feel like it's less effective in soloqueue, since if you run in and exhaust the carry, your team is far less likely to jump on them instantly. So it's all about communication, and trusting your teammates.

Can you make a phase rush ahri build? I wanna test it out in the support role but I can't figure out the best runes.

So here's the thing. phase rush seems like something you'd play mostly mid to get your combo down and avoid the return damage, so I don't think it would be super useful for support (especially since it's not quite useful for mid either). I'm guessing this build is for trolling flex/running it down, and while I have to say that I DO NOT PROMOTE INTING, here's my idea of what the build would look like.

(Note: it's max speed.)
Runes: Phase Rush (obviously) with Manaflow, Transcendence and Waterwalking for your primary tree, and Inspiration for your secondary, with Magical Footwear and Approach Velocity. Then go CDR, AP, and armor.
Summoners: ghost and cleanse if you're actually running it (again, I do not promote inting, but I'm just saying....) or flash and heal/exhaust/ignite
Full Build: Hextech Rocketbelt, Cosmic Drive, Dead Man's Plate, Force of Nature, Lich Bane, and Boots of Swiftness

I won't lie, I think you'll get reported for this one...

yep! currently I haven't played every matchup/haven't played them enough to provide many tips. most of the top lane champions stay in top lane, so it's not like I have much experience against those (but I still put them in the matchups list, because I'm a completionist or something) so yeah, the guide will be updated as I learn more about the matchups :)

I've played this exact build in low elo and it's super fun. It works very well and it's a hard stomp. SHEESH.
