Creeping / Jungling

Start out at wolves. Ask for a leash. Then move on to blue. Smite it. After blue thank your teammates then hit wraiths. After wraiths hit wolves, they may not be back quite yet but they will be very soon. After wolves you should be level 3. Hit red and smite it. Then hit wraiths again. After you have done all of this you should be level 4 and you are ready to gank. You can gank, or continue farming in the jungle. Get as much farm as you can, never let anybody have your camps, not even apc getting blue buff. Not until very very late game. All camps are important to hec so he can get as fed as possible.

Items

For items i chose all movement speed items. They work much better with hec than any other champion because hec has a passive that converts movement speed into bonus attack damage. By end game you should have roughly 50-70 bonus attack damage. This is really useful. This build may seem weird but it truly works. Try a game with it and trust me.
