Lucian
You just can't trade against Lucian in the early game and he can dodge your W with his dash. Rely on your support to poke him down and find opportunities to deal free damage.
Blitzcrank
Same as Leona but with less all-in potential and higher burst damage post-six.

Champion Build Guide
I've played League of Legends from Season 3 to Season 7, took a break for the entirety of Season 8, and now I'm back with a vengeance for Season 9 baby.
The majority of the guide is still a work in progress (I'm still learning how to code in mobafire) but the more important bits are already here! (mostly)

WHISPER (Passive): Jhin's modular firearm, Whisper, has unique properties similar to ![]() +Jhin will receive bonus AD based on the amount of crit chance and bonus attack speed he gets from items. +Jhin's fourth shot is a guaranteed critical hit and will also deal a percentage of the enemy's missing health on top. To offset, Jhin must reload his gun after every fourth shot and his critical hits deal less damage. +Jhin's critical strikes increases his movement speed based on bonus attack speed from items, but attack speed from items will not make him shoot any faster. Jhin's base attack speed will still scale per level normally. |

Dancing Grenade (Q): Jhin launches a grenade towards his target, which will jump to 3 other nearby targets. The grenade's damage will increase for every target it kills. Max this first for maximum wave clear and trade power. Ironically, it neither explodes nor does it dance. |

Deadly Flourish (Q): Jhin brandishes ![]() The range on this ability is long, so make sure to make the most out of it. |

Captive Audience (Q): Jhin plants an invisible lotus trap on a target location. Enemies that step on the trap will activate it, slowing them down before detonating after a short duration. Enemies slowed by the trap will also be marked for ![]() Use this ability to cover the approaches to your flanks or to create an escape route. You can also place it on ganking paths so you see any enemies coming. |

|
Curtain Call (Q): Jhin fully assembles ![]() For most, this ability is a literal hit-or-miss. You need to hit your shots to make the most out of this ability but you can also use it to cut off the enemy's retreat, or make them do a panic-induced dance as they try to avoid your shots. |
