Note
This build emphasizes the amount of healing and shields you receive from both Sterak's and Gargoyle. Don't worry; you'll still have enough damage to secure kills and carry. For the build, you can substitute Black Cleaver with Serylda's Grudge to slow down mobile champions. However, I prefer Black Cleaver in most cases because it shreds their armor, which is more advantageous.
