This build is in no way my FINAL draft at the moment. I am up for suggestions on it, even. I have had nothing but luck running this, however, and saw that nobody had published this exact order of build. The BORK is the very FIRST thing to buy after Doran's blade. Just trust me here, take your time early, and build your farm until you have the BORK. You will be able to eat through the enemy early if you do, granting you the ability to wander around ganking untill you have enough to buy fully upgraded boots. The Berserker's Greaves are my personal favorite, however I have had a lot of fun running Boots of Swiftness enchanted with alacrity as well. Please, do comment and let me know what you think. Once you have high enough damage and crit chance, you can eat through your enemies almost entirely with auto-attacks.

For your runes, remember that all they really help is early-game ganks. Yes, they apply the whole time, but they tend to drop effectiveness pretty fast once the enemy gets fairly well built. Because of this, scaling runes are almost always a waste, and will not really help you much late in the game.
