+1, just to show people that having a good matchup section is the most important thing in a guide for me. It's the only thing you can't figure out by yourself.

Oh cheers thanks! It definitely took the most work in the guide and the most time but i believe it to be super important to see before playing the character so i didn't mind putting in the time.

Any real reason to pick rylai's with built-in slow or root on every skill?

It's my preference i guess, i just find that it is a pretty versatile item especially in a game where you are struggling a little bit. I know there are a lot of mixed feelings with rylai's but i enjoy the idea of the enemy being constantly slowed it just gives lissandra a little more pressure. I do understand where you are coming from though! (Also if you take the rune page i enjoy with celerity and approach velocity it lets you set up alot of kills if you hit minions and snag a champ with your Q with approach velocity it means that you can really bear down on them) also it gives you a slow on your E allowing for a harsher engage.
