Ahri: Not an ordinary build
This guide really reminds me of my Karthus guide...
I think you should rethink some of your item, rune and mastery choices, Neverwish. Ahri is an Ability Power Carry, which means the majority of her item purchases should boost her AP capabilities. Your build is kinda AD tank. And your runes are very odd.
I've tried AP once, and it didn't work well for me, so that's why i do this ^^
