Her Q is the bane of your existence. You will find it hard to get close enough to deal damage. I recommend banning this champion if you intend to play this build.
Vi
Generally speaking, your jungle will not matter as much with this build. In fact, this build is ideal in low ELO where junglers tend to not gank as much as you will probably be doing a lot of ganking yourself.
However, generally speaking the more CC the better. Someone who can help out your relatively slow early game by keeping your enemy laner pinned down is your best bet. And a tank/bruiser is even better as it makes up for your lack of defensive stats.

Champion Build Guide
My early game was rough, I was camped by the jungler and the Katarina had a definite lead. This build excels at fights in the mid to late game and can carry you back from almost any losing lane. Once team fights start to happen or there starts being opportunities to gank other lanes is when you start to pop off. As a tank with no defensive stats, you will tend to want to weave in and out of backline and frontline. Taking the time to recognize when a Q and W will lead to a successful R is important. Once your R is on cooldown you will want to stay relatively backline and either wait for some regen/healing or poke with Q and W when available. Unlike some assassins, your fight doesn't end when you have used all your abilities. You can continue to help and stay in the fight due to your huge health pool.
Generally you will want to use your Q, E, A, W, A, A combo when possible as it will proc Electrocute and Lich Bane on the first E causing some MASSIVE burst damage. The other 2 auto's aren't even necessary and I would recomend diverting them to the tanks on the team rather than continuing to use them on squishy targets, though that is not always necessary.
All in all this build is pretty whacky and I have been having a LOT of fun playing it. I hope you all do too!
Feel free to leave votes and if you have some crazy stories to tell while using this build leave it in the comments! (I would love to hear what kind of shenanigans you guys get up to)
P.S. Sorry about the way the image is compressed. I couldn't find a way to get it the right size and still make it look good </3
