Basic Combo:
E➡️Q➡️W➡️(R depends on how hp have the enemy, how many are enemies)

Early
Play passive and keep vision. When anemy junger suprises you and you dont't stun him whith your E➡️Q combo you are probably dead or you must flash, becouse Brand havn't got any mobile abilities, what can make Brand challenging at the start.
Pawk your Enemy with your W and often help yourself with your abilites to farm. But look at your mana and if you are not sure where the enemy junger is save mana to have it enough to do stun combo.

Mid and Late
In mid and late you can try to one shot somebody. Try to stun him with E➡️Q then hit him with W and R him. Be sure thou to chceck if there are enemy units in the R range becouse it makes this skill 3 times better if the R will bounce between the enemies and damage them.
Play on your passive ability couse it deals great DMG especialy after two items.
