So you wanna be a magic pirate... well luckily for you, I very much enjoy off meta builds and this one has been quite a bit of fun and not so troll as it may seem on paper. AP Gangplank is quite the annoyance for your opponents, and the off meta parts of the build certainly confuse the enemy as to how they should play against it.
