FULL BUILD GUIDE
Hi! So, I came up with this build and I'm trying to share with more peeps, I'm not a pro whatsoever, this is just from my 100k mastery on Phel knowledge. Please feel free to comment!
What I look into in this build was on how we could still get some survivability while sacrificing a staple 2nd item that is Bloodthirster, since building IE 2nd is now the optimal play. Shieldbow gives us that great survivability we need, IE allows our attacks to crit a lot more since the crit requirement is now 40%. Then comes the new Mortal Reminder, which gives ARMOR PEN and Grievous Wounds. After those items, the rest are going to depend on the match.
