Basically all you want to do for early game is W them for arcane comet + manaflow band, this can easily chunk down the enemy for a kill if they have no sustain. Even if the enemy pokes you, you can just W the wave for healing and let it push.
When you reach level 6 you have high kill pressure due to the 90% slow on isolated targets, just call your jungler over if the wave is pushing towards you so you can guarantee an isolated W.
Your powerspike is on manamune + eclipse.
