A Warwick can be very dangerous as what you are looking for is not to fight with Fighters (any lethal tempo abusers) that can keep a long fight. His sustain, AS based on your low HP and the fear can be crucial when you encounter him. Dodging his fear and hopefully his ultimate with your w juke, might help, but is still a very very low chance you can win this.
Taliyah
Do not try to dash through her rocks, or you will die.
Lee Sin
If you are good enough to predict his Q, you can win the fight with a Lee Sin, but however the issue is mainly that he still has his E which reveals you when using your W. This can lead into a lost fight against a more technical Lee Sin player.
Diana
Very strong fighter. Tip: Try to execute her before her ultimate procs. When fighting against a Diana, you are looking to reduce her fighting time as much as possible so she cannot delete your team if they group against her. => try to focus her first (in most scenarios)
Udyr
Lethal Tempo Udyr is strong. Do not try picking up on him in early game, wait until you snowball a bit so you will have the upper hand on him. Tip: when you see him approaching you, always use S (to stop in place) and your W to juke him until one of your teammates comes in help in early game.
Amumu
Amumu can be dangerous in team fights, but overall you should be able to counter jungle him, fight him 1v1 at least in early-mid game. The moment when he gets 3 items you should be looking to stay away from him and engage in teamfights when he is not there or get into the backline of the enemy while he engages away from you. It is a high cc champion and you require with this build to freely execute who you want so be careful.
Ekko
As Wukong you should be able to use Decoy in your advantage to go in and out of Ekkos W and to dodge his abilities while dashing away or juking him while your CDs reset. Wukong is a stronger fighter so there should be no doubts that you should win any trades with him if played well.
Evelynn
Evelyn is pretty weak overall. Her biggest advantage is the invisibility when she reaches lvl 6. until then look into bullying her as much as possible. Also even after she reaches lvl 6, you can still juke her taunt waiting for it to run off with your w and blue smite to gain mobility creating a small distance between the two of you then freely engage into 1 shotting her.
Elise
Decoy is everything here: the second you see her cocoon (E) use w in the other direction. If he is dumb enough, he will spiderform and waste all skills on your Decoy (W) so you can engage then with all you got while she s got cooldowns. Overall you pretty much counter her well I would say.
Fiddlesticks
This one is more of a tiny-minor because he is a bit annoying against any Wukong main. His fear and silence make him able to run away most times pretty well. But there is hope: if you engage on him with your Decoy (W) he will silence the clone and maybe even fear it if he is dumb enough => you got free hand to kill him.
Big advantage towards countering his ult with your invisibility engage into R his R.
Brand
Brand is squishi if you manage to get in first without getting zoned out, you can take him on. But most times he will be looking into keeping his distance.
Most Important: Has lots of damage during the game + His Ultimate counters you if you use Decoy (W) in the wrong and worst possible time ever.
Graves
I don't have many issues with Graves as he doesn't have CC. You can also keep up with his dash. The only issue I got is with his w. That blind is really annoying so try to get out of it as fast as possible. I d recommend using the w dash in a different direction not towards him as his auto will hit you even if he tries to hit the Decoy (W). He can get fed depending on how much your team knows how to play against him, but overall you can take him once you get a bit of advantage over him.
Jarvan IV
You can take Jarvan IV into a 1v1 if you time well your Decoy (W) with his kit but keep in mind that Jarvan IV is strong at all stages of the game. He does not require much to be useful and deal a significant amount of damage so take care on your approach against him.
Jax
If you time your combo into his E, it is pretty much game over. The way you can beat a Jax is if you are way ahead over him or Gang UP against him. (he can still win even if he is 1/10. It s Jax :^) ) so try to respect him.
Qiyana
Dodge her Stun and you are good to go. Though if she gets fed your only hope is to juke her with Decoy (W) => leading her into thinking she fully comboed you but in reality she did use everything on your clone.
Nocturne
Nocturne is quite strong. If you don't manage to kill him quick the whole situation turns around while he manages to dodge 1 of your abilities gaining attack speed and fearing you for 2 seconds. Care against a nocturne player.
Kha'Zix
Fed Kha'zix might be an issue, but otherwise he does not have a passive due to you using your Decoy (W). So he will never have Isolation against you.
Kayn
Early game you need to take advantage of this guy. Try to make the most of your early game against him, but try not to give him too many souls.
If he goes Darkin. dodge his W and you can take him on.
If he goes Shadow Assasin, try to engage while you have vision on him. It is a pretty much case of kill or be killed but most situations you should smash him if he goes assasin easier than Darkin.
Nunu & Willump
Annoying. but not important.
Master Yi
Time your Decoy (W) to reduce his Q damage/ Juke him into autoing your clone. You can take him on if you create a nice chain damage combined with CC from ultimate.
Rek'Sai
Even. Is not impressive but can have some impact on you due to his Ultimate and airborne. (Again you can juke his ultimate but is quite hard to time it). If he uses tunnel to reach u. go towards it / engage on him while tunneling. That is how you win easiest way against a Rek'sai as he is unable to react.
Zed
fairly easy to counter, a bit annoying pusso champion as he tries to run away but due to the mobility runes and blue smite he cannot outrun you ;)
Xin Zhao
Interesting subject. Dodge his third Q using your Decoy (W) and you are good to go. Try not to fight with him for long though...
Kindred
1 shot is written on her forehead...
Viego
I would say he is minor-even. Dodge his Stun timing your Decoy (W) and you can demolish any viego. If you don't depends on how fed he is he might have a small chance of winning against you. Just dodge his W. :P
Morgana
Dodge her Q and is GG even if you can't airborne her you out-damage her. try to counter-jungle her as well whenever you can.
Olaf
Usually you won't be looking to fight him but if he wants some GIVE HIM SOME!
Tip: When he ults he is the most vurnerable but hurts the most as well. (he loses his bonus armor and mr so with your pen from Q you kind of deal true damage :^))
Zac
usually not a threat. Don't let him q you along your Decoy (W).
If you are Red side/ when he tries to steal drake coming from Blue side, your ult will cancel his jump and leave him on the other side of the wall if you are very close to the dragon pit wall and time it nicely with his Jump.
Rengar
no pussycats can escape the mightiness of a MONKEY GOD.
Dr. Mundo
level 6 might become a bit of an issue if you are not fed enough. but overall you counter a Mundo pretty well.
Remember to step on his health pack once you ulted him to destroy his regen passive.
Talon
Parkour < Monkey God
Maokai
trees < Monkey God
Ornn
This one is quite hard to kill, has lots of damage, the way to win against him is try to position well around him. his W + auto is most lethal weapon he has, if he misses that you stand a stronger chance to defeating this mightly beast.
Vi
Bo Staff should be able to reach faster than fists.
Time your Decoy (W) to dodge her q knockback and make the most of the fight.
Gwen
Quite dangerous this one: She can cut your PP with her scissors!!!! 😱😱😱
You are a melee though she cannot dodge anything from your kit so close combat wins against her. Just dodge her Q while fighting her.
Nidalee
Useless
Volibear
Thunder God vs Monkey God
Kind of unbalanced match don't you think? 😥
Avoid his E explosion, when you see him charging his Q into you time it with the Decoy (W), and overall try to dodge his ultimate if possible. (the impact damage) and you should stand chance against him.
Karthus
You reach him, kill him, now the issue is how you get out?...
Walking...🤣
The issue with this one is not to stay in his passive and dodge his Qs even after he dies.
Twitch
A rat stays a rat...
Darius
Quite bad matchup. If you time your Decoy (W) with his ult then you should be fine. but you should not be looking into fighting him alone unless you are way ahead of him and can kill him fast. (you don't want him to get his stacks up on you)
Poppy
!!! DON'T USE YOUR Decoy (W) WHEN SHE GOT THE SHIELD UP !!!
if you got her to believe she dashed you into the wall but you Decoy (W) her attempt then engaging on her should lead into a flawless victory!
Her advantage is 1 shotting (like you) so stay the hell away from walls.
Riven
This match-up is quite fine. Exhaust her cooldowns then you can engage.
You counter her hard if you keep Decoy (W) and use it to dash behind her while she is chasing you hoping to ult. Being literally with your face into her bazongas is your biggest advantage against a riven ready to ult you.
Nasus
Dog or Monkey?
Monkey wins early
Dog barks more Late game
Try to gang up against him from mid-late game and use well your ultimate and Q to reduce his resistances and knock him up while your team finish him off.
Sylas
I would say this one is much of a pain...
dodge his E and you may stand a chance, but keep in mind his insane sustain. (In theory don't stay in one place when fighting him as he can Q you then get you where he wants)
Shaco
just a normal clown. school dropout or smth...
You counter him hard.
Advice: Learn how to deduce which one is the real one then life will be much easier for you. Also if a trap (Jack in the box / his W) is near you smite it as fast as you can to avoid the Fear.
Trundle
You win by trades. Don't fight him for long as he will have the upper hand.
Pantheon
he is trying to do trades with you, your fighting style is stronger than his spears.
When he E, use Decoy (W) to go behind him and keep him on the ground like that. Also keep count when his next Stun (W) comes up. You are looking to fight him when he cannot CC you.
Skarner
Quite tanky. Avoid fighting on top of his points.
Jarvan IV
Insane combination:
Jarvan IV traps the enemy with his ult, and you join the fight to airborne them, dealing massive amounts of damage in team fights together.
Also even without ultimates, Jarvan can reach any enemy you try to approach, alongside you, due to his E-Q combo.
Morgana
Morgana allows you to go into anything by using her Black Shield. (you will almost be unstoppable when trying to engage into a fight).
Also she can initiate a fight landing the Dark Binding (her Q) and/or with her ultimate slowing every enemy near her or even rooting them, preparing the ground for a very nice clean-up.
Kennen
Wukong is strong with any secondary engager. So they can team-up and destroy the enemy.
Kennen's R engage is ideal for preparing the ground for an Assassin Wukong's team fight engage. Same the other way leading into a decent Chain-CC.
Sylas
Once Again. Anything that has some CC and huge potential to engage with you into a fight, is Ideal!
Sylas's sustain and mobility are insane making him great for keeping up with a deep dive/ easy engage through the minions getting into the enemy's backline with you.
Rell
Rell is a great engage champion who can follow-up with you in team fights leading into that amazing frontline engage.
Galio
He can either engage himself or ult you while you engage then taunt everyone that got double airborned from you two.
Diana
Diana has the extra damage you are looking for to erase the enemy team off the map. Either of you can engage into a fight, but ideally you are looking to engage after she has done it by dragging all enemies into her you just maintain the chain CC with your ult while they get obliterated.
Vladimir
This one is OK-Strong
Having no extra CC it is up to you to help Vladimir clean the board with his insane AOE damage by engaging into the teamfights.

This is a guide for mastering Wukong assasin in Jungle in League of Legends!
KEEP IN MIND:
In order to suceed with this build at all ranks please apply the RULE OF 3: If enemy has 3 or more squishi champions/ easy to reach champions (imobile/ dashless /blinkless, etc.) then you got a GREEN light to destroy them using this build!
!!!For Firghter Wukong jungle, I got a separate build that you are invited to check it out.!!!
Rule #1 into mastering a champion
You need to fully understand your champion and his interactions with other champions.
In order to achieve this:
Go to Practice Tool and spend some time using different scenarios (example: at level 6 with 1 item on a Target Dummy with full combo: E,Auto,Q,R I do X amount of Damage; At level 13 with 3 items my full combo deals Y amount of damage, etc.)
Spend time reading and understanding what all champions do!
Check the internet for any weird interactions between your character and others(example: Wukong R can continue inside Tahm's belly.)
Practice combos and cancel animations for faster combo executions(example: E,Q can be casted almost instantly if timed right; with E, Auto, Q, you can land the q faster if pressed while Auto attacking, cancelling the animation of the auto while still applying the damage way quicker)
In this way you will be ahead of at least 70% of League of Legends player base for that champion, because realistically not many people actually take deep learning of own character that seriously.
By following these steps you will be able to assure a much better decision making, bring your enemies into that sweet spot and increase the amount of victories drastically.
Why would you pick Wukong
Wukong is a very strong fighter, with armor penetration, juke potential(if you play it smart, you can easily bamboozle your enemies with your W...), engage, CC and team fight potential in his kit, making him a really strong and rounded champion, suitable for Jungle and Top lane.
