Chapter I - Introduction
Hello folks, I am Vindicate (Vindicater is written because my name was stolen (joke) :'( ) and today I will introduce you a new perspective of Kha'Zix to widen your horizon on ARAM mode of League of Legends.
For the beginning, I would like to answer all possible questions that I think what will come from you, consider this section as a FAQ.

Why Kha'Zix? You seem like a good person, why consider playing a disgusting champion from a disgusting class? Ighh.

Actually you are right! I hate assassin class more than any other class because they have all the tools to dominate the game in my opinion (cheap legendary items, so much burst & insane mobility, some have soft cc but with Serylda's Grudge it is a hack! :D). However, I like Kha'Zix, because I like all champions from the Void, in fact I like the Void theme itself. That is because I enjoy learning new information about biological evolution. There you go, as Kha'Zix evolves himself after hunts (in the story) I thought my first champion guide can be about Kha'Zix.

Did you try this build on Summoner's Rift? Can we use it?

No, I did not try it on the Rift, because this guide serves a different playstyle, not the common jump and kill one.

Chapter II - Preferred Items
Here we are going to discuss which item is the best for certain situations.
Initially, why Eclipse over Duskblade of Draktharr or Prowler's Claw?
Actually all 3 mythics are decent items for AD assassins, however, as ARAM gamemode is a much faster version of Summoner's Rift, we need to be even stronger. What I mean is, normally in the Rift, we tend to chase down isolated enemies to get early kills and buy some items. After that, we burst enemies at ease. In ARAM, there is one lane and you cannot always get early kills as much as needed, on the other hand if enemy carries get more than you, than you have to make extra plays, etc... The point is, Eclipse gives you some AD, omnivamp and lethality (omnivamp is not much needed however lethaltiy and AD are decent) and its passive is the real deal: some amount of shield and movement speed. Overall it is a better mythic item than other 2 in my opinion.
Of course you can buy Duskblade of Draktharr if you evolve R ability at level 6 or 11, which makes you impossible to track during teamfights and you just kill someone then go into brush then kill other one, etc... (In this guide we prefer to evolve W at level 6 and E or Q at level 11, finally again E or Q at level 16)
Building Duskblade is also efficient for our purpose as we need AH, so you can choose it if you want. For the Prowler's Claw, after some nerfs (all 3 got nerfed at some point but Prowler's nerf hit different I think) it is not as good as other mythic lethality items. (Pyke maybe use Prowler's Claw because of all his abilities have lethality scaling)
Manamune is for poking in general, and appyling extra physical damage with our skills (we need wide mana pool for poking as you all agree).
Serylda's Grudge is for additional slow and amplify our damage, adding another arpen to the build.
(Feel free to ask detailed questions about other items involved in the build, for now I only explained the core build. Hope you enjoy destroying enemies!)

Chapter III - Playstyle
After purchasing starting items, rush towards first brush if you have Morgana, Nautilus, Thresh, Pyke, Blitzcrank, etc... (If they are on enemy team, do not enter the brush). Try to steal some kills, even if you cannot get kills, try to assist every kill so don't die at the early game (If you have 2-3 kills too early, then you gain a chance to reset and buy Serrated Dirk).
In mid game, you can play as you are the strongest of all 10 players, unless enemy team have champions from the 'Threat List'. If they have at least one of that champions, then play safe until he/she dies, then all in to squishies.
If you come this far to the late game, carrying out the missions of previous paragraphs, then you can just poke enemies with your W 1-2 times and apply your slow from Serylda's, after that, you kill every enemy!
