Try to defend and play very safe to lvl 6 or 7.
Let the enemy push to your tower first wave and try to not lose hp. (Because if you do then the enemy will dive under your tower and kill you.)
Repeat and get xp from minions.
When you get to lvl 6 or 7 you can kill the enemy if you ult (R).
Remember nasus with no ult is useless. So if you dont hae ult just defend as you did to lvl 6. When you got ult then farm or kill.
When you push try to have vision before you go in. If you cant place a ward no problem just recall when your minions is under enemy tower.
