Hi my name is Beardo1557 or chris, i am an Akshan OTP who streams on twitch, though i am only gold 1 so i am very trash xD. although using akshan I have managed to already gain 350+ lp and have a 60+% win rate over 100+ games and I like to think I can play him relatively well,

In most matchups building Wits end first is amazing, against ap mid laners its a no brainer and against some ad min laners as well its still pretty good, most ad mid laners are melee so the extra move speed per auto makes kiting easier and stronger and the extra on hit damage that gets doubled due to akshan passive makes the damage output insane

Kraken is also a no brainer as, on average you procing its every 1 and a half autos(as over 3 autos you proc it twice) which makes its doubly efficient in comparison for most champs.

Deaths dance is an uncommonly built item for akshan but it works perfectly with the rest of the build, the extra armour makes its so your having bruiser stats with an insane amount of damage and as well as having the huge heal after making a pick making it easier to survive after taking your first kill.

Black cleaver helps syngerise with the rest of the build by giving more hp, this means the tankier stats are more effective, in addition the cleave passive is extremely easier to stacks, with a q and 2 autos you will have the entire passived stacked and be shredding tanks with the additional kraken slayer procs

LDR just makes sense against tanks and squishy, against tanks it makes them easier to kill and against squishy champs you deal closer to true damage.

Take e first as this has insane pressure in the early levels, its very easy to cheese lvl 1/2 kills by autoing the enemy champion then engaging with akshan e early, Akshan e will priorities champions already marked by his passive so by autoing the champ first you guarantee all the damage will go to the enemy laner and you can burst them massively lvl 1 with the pta proc. In addition lvl e again at level 3 helps to get a little extra dmg to finish of a low hp champ and the w doesnt have much use at this point in a game, even with a jungler ganking having your e on a shorter cool down helps you escape and if there is a fight for the scuttle you will have more damage to pressure the enemy jungler and laner
