Basically any champion with abilities which provide large amounts of movement speed counter Brand.
Your Q and W become very difficult to hit on an enemy buffed by Zilean's E.
If you miss your Q and Zilean uses E on you, there is no escape.

Although not having tons of damage early on, her slows make Brand's life much easier when he tries to hit his Q and W.

-Strong early poke
-Alot of AOE Damage
-Can carry games when ahead
-Passive synergizes well with items like Rylais, Morello and Lyandrys.
Disadvantages:
-No mobility in kit, easy target for ganks/assasins
-No reliable CC, Q pretty easy to dodge
-No damage output largely reliant on hitting his skillshots to trigger Brand's passive
-Pretty much useless when behind/gold deprived
