Your 9th point in utility should be in Runic Affinity . And Scout isn't that useful, either.

In your cheatsheet you have flat armor seals whilst in the guide you have scaling armor seals. Your alternative choice of Scaling AP Quints is a terrible idea. They do nothing for you early game and by the time they are slot efficient, you've already bought more AP that the amount given by runes are negligible. Hybrid Pen marks are also a possibility because you autoattack enough.

I don't consider Rylai's Crystal Scepter core on him at all, nor Athene's Unholy Grail. Sometimes it's better to just go Morellonomicon (particularly if against an AD lane, for example) and skip Athene's Unholy Grail. You usually take one or the other, not both. Also, you make no mention of stacking Doran's Rings, which is a common strategy.

Not bad, but get rid of one of the Greater Quintessence of Ability Power and add one Greater Quintessence of Magic Penetration. Also in sustain start change the Mana Potion to a Health Potion its much better then starting mana because you are already getting enough mana from Crystalline Flask. You also need better images for the chapter titles, the ones you have are all fuzzy.
