D2 Jungle main plays everything in the jungle, i got hooked to vayne jungle by her playstyle.
vayne can be a real threat if you mastered her in the jungle people always disrespect her in the jungle that where your true power comes in handy.

Jungle Route
Red Side:
Red > Blue > Gromp > Gank top or mid / wait for scuttle in top side or go to bot scuttle if enemy jungler is something you cant handle in an 1vs1. once you have 800 gold or more recall get your rageknife
Blue Side:
Blue > Gromp > Red > Gank Top Or Mid / wait for scuttle in top side or go to bot scuttle if enemy jungler is something you cant handle in an 1vs1. once you have 800 gold or more recall get your rageknife

Ways to success ganks
If enemy is close to wall and you are coming from river to mid for example you can flash E it is granted kill most of the time.
coming from behind in top and mid can grant you a flash or even a kill

Early game
Mostly focus on farming your jungle go to lanes where it is easy to gank best way to gank is by going from behind not river for top lane and mid lane bot lane you have to so :) .
MId game and late game
by now most of the time you have ur 2 core items and maybe the 3rd if fed.
you're able to 1vs1 1vs2 1vs3 anyone. you too strong in this stage you show your dominance and take objectives always.

conclusion
I'm Not actually recommending to play it in ranked but if you actually mastered this it can be played+ there is an actual guy who went with it on ranked he is currently master rank 7 vayne in the world only plays her in the jungle i m not a fan of his build but it can be played and works very well.
