Probably Vayne's hardest matchup an equal skilled Draven will beat an equal skill Vayne. 1. YOU MUST MAX Q against him and try to poke him with it do not trade with him.
2.Pray your support knows what he is doing.
3. If you survive till BOTRK and all is equal you can 1v1 him without a support. With support you have got to land condem into a wall and you will win the trade.

Sometimes sneaky agression can be the best defense. What I mean by this is getting in free autos by having good lane mechanics and keeping control of enemy last hits.
She can 1v1 any ADC with BOTRK and being evens.
