About Build
So I just thought about this build during class and I made it in class so I won't forget it later on. This build is pretty much where the enemy will have to try to dodge all your auto's so they won't take massive damage. I thought of this because it's actually pretty smart. Having Eclipse as your mythic and Stormazer as your first legendary for it's passive. The runes also plays along with this build since if you land your 3rd auto or ability, it'll proc electrocute for extra burst damage. And to top it all off, your passive whisper would possibly finish the killing blow.
