Dominion is all about disruption. In my opinion Singed is one of the greatest disruptors in the game right now. He brings the perfect combination of tankyness, speed, and utility.

Items

I start boots of swiftness and always intend to cap mid. After that, I pop ghost to get to top much faster than the other teams mid capper.

Blackfire as it stands right now is a very good item on mages with DoTs such as Amumu and Singed. Every poison tick deals 5% of the enemies max hp in dmg. That is crazy. The tankyness from this item is great too. Build Kage's first for maximum gold income.

This item gives more stats for Singed. Movespeed and 125 ap plus the passive. After you get this item, your build is basically done. The rest of the build is optimal unless there is something you need to counter.

Vanity Items

If you need more damage and more tank after Wooglet's, this item gives a lot of that, the passive slow means no one can get away from you now, a very Singed worthy item.

I almost never see Singed's build this and I ask why. All of your damage is within its range, you help you team, and it give more tankyness.

You don't necessarily need this item, but if the game goes on this long more movement speed and sustain are great.
