Haha, true. There are better DPS champs, but this is still a funny build.

Maybe some life steal but he gets damage from armor so not need for Damage like Inf Edge

If a rammus on my team ever built these I think I'd cry. If the enemy rammus built these I'd die from laughter.

As I said, the runes are simple suggestions, as I don't actually have them set up. As for Mana regen, I've never seen it as a huge problem since by the time you run low on mana you should be able to afford another item and 'port back to where you need to be.

Haha, this looks funny. I understand how this can work. Rammus has naturally high resistances due to his W skill, so lifesteal is more effective on him, as in he needs less of it to make it useful for staying in a teamfight.

You should really clean up your rune set, though, it looks like a mess. You should also know that getting secondary runes are in general a silly thing to do, unless you really need it or if don't need anything else more. This Rammus could use some mana regeneration (seals) and cooldown reduction (glyphs).
