After the rune changes, I probably wouldn't. First strike is the best rune now and electrocute is alright if you want to play for early game. Dark harvest is out damaged by the other rune choices, but is used for the resets. If you have lots of squishy targets, it can be viable, but electrocute and first strike are better for getting fed and assassinating your main target.

Typically, I refer to low elo as gold and below and mid elo as plat and low diamond.
