This build won't give you the highest move speed possible in the game, however it allows you to maintain a high move speed while attacking. This allows you to kite champions extremely well and you can kite towers making it very oppressive. It lacks damage as most move speed builds do but it is very fun and worth a try. It will challenge your kiting abilities and requires high apm to fully utilize the build. Have fun with it.
