He's got the stronger level 2, and he will try and use his dash-combo to all in you whenever he can. He also heals quite a bit, so Grievous Wounds is top priority if you're unfortunate enough to lane against him.
Zilean
If you have the luck to end up on a team with a perma-roaming Zilean, oh boy are you in for a treat. In my personal experience, his speed-boost helps you tremendously in conjunction with your W, letting you catch up to mobile champs like Akshan with ease.
The extra-life from his ult also comes in handy if you get hard focused (for playing Teemo, lol) in a teamfight and lets you just sit there and stack to your heart(steel)'s content.

I play League casually, never having touched Ranked before, and I enjoy playing just to goof around and have fun no matter the outcome.
