this isnt a particular build as much a statement that yone is weaker then he should be and its only because people refuse to break meta even for mindless testing or shanagins this I hope teaches people that pd is an awful item for ad champs and riot sometimes just slaps the yasuo build on any crit champ and say "good enough" so please go to draven or kalista or ashe and using your thick ad scaling PROPERLY crush the enemy team when you get fed.
