first thing you need to know when your playing janna in dominion she captures points that means when you see some ones going top you take mid and backdoor. ok now if you are on point capturing it and a enemy comes along you might have to go to another open capture point or wait till that one is free again> use the jungle to your advantage don't show your self to the enemy team till your capturing there point use the running pads to get to places faster.if you see no capture points open u might have to camp in bushs till one becomes free.in this build you will not want to team fight.

i really only use yellow seals and blue glyphs but red ones seemed nice so i threw them in greater quintessence of swiftness is really nice if you want to be even faster mostly in runes i would buy quintessence of swiftness if you don't already have

i use ghost and flash reason i use these spells is there perfect to make escapes just adds on to you qr pretty much can't get caught if used right if your running also don't wait for your q to go off just spam it

my start out items u need boots of mobility you will need extra movement speed to capture and run away and need bead because u work your way up to priscaills blessing passive giving you 15% more capture speed active without looking i think is like 30% movement speed those are your two main items that you must have and zeal i don't get every game depends how fast other team is i like to build tanky after that so get whatever tank item you would like just make sure you can live long enough to get away

if your team is playing good defence you will almost win every time just try to ping your team were ever you want them to go if that doesn't work nothing will other then that don't get in team fight less you see some one real low health

this is my build hope you like it first build ever by me i have 14-2 record with this build in two days in solo so hope helps you guys win to. first build be nice
