But even more because of his great lane manipulation (E) and his high dmg on (W) also his (Q) for double attacks is making him such a strong laner and thats before mentioning his ulti which can possibly win you a 2v1 fight in the midgame. Furthermore the fact that he can be playd and build in so many ways, both items, runes and masteries. Im mostly using 21-9 masteries for the dmg boost. but something like 15-15 can be very good vs range and tanks(maokai). After perfecting my style of play with Voli i honestly havent lost a laning phase. And this is while being camped or worse!! and playing in Plat 1 ranked games.
