Champion Build Guide
First laning phase (Start)
Your initial laning phase should be quite advantageous against champions lacking mobility or with a lockdown support champion who can give you plentiful opportunities to use your w/e combo. At level one, you want to stay back and farm or poke with your q. Like most adc's , you'll have to remember to not walk up until hitting level 3. If you dont have a lockdown support its still fine to try ur luck in hitting some w's and then e'ing afterwards as starting with a doran's blade along with taliyah's worked ground q's should keep you even in terms of farming.
One or two items and boots
At one or two items along with your greaves, you should be fine playing with your support but not strong enough to kite well yet, you should try to play around your support in this situation as you still don't have the burst needed to fight well in a 1v1.
Rylais Buy
Regardless on whether you bought rylais second or third item once you have it you should be quite set on kiting enemy champions even with alot of mobility, you should refrain from ever using your q's or w's and focus solely on e'ing while autoing the enemy champ on your e until you proc your PTA and just dip, these trades should work well on a majority of champions as they cannot easily chase your through ur e along with the fact that if they did you can just kite with your q, which in this build should be used solely for kiting and chasing and nothing else except maybe poking under tower but should not be used in team fights where you are not being chased down.
