I think you would need more attackspeed early on if you're focusing on killing tanks. I would put last whisper after madreds, it is a lot cheaper and easier to build than bloodthirster too.

Your easy targets / hard targets should be more comprehensive if you're going to include it at all. If you want it to be short, you should genralize to say "tanks with hp regen are hard to kill " "aoe nukers are hard to kill" etc.

If you are so scared of warwick and mundo, you could suggest Executioner's Calling as a situational item. Exhuast will also help you kill ad champs dependent on lifesteal like warwick / yi. I can't tell you how many times exhaust has gotten me a kill. I would strongly suggest reconsidering exhaust as a recommended summoner spell. Yes you shouldn't use it in team fights, but it turns tides in smaller skirmishes early/mid game. Also if you have to use flash on kog you're probably in the wrong spot to begin with.

I would also suggest sorceror's shoes over berserker's greaves. Kog's W and Madreds deals magic damage, this will help you kill tanks better than zerker's greaves.

It would help your guide a lot of you put your spells in the form of icons so people can find the information easier. You also don't have to explain the spells and can rather explain the strategy, since when people mouseover the icon it gives a description of the spell. Here is a link to the bbc code FAQ BBC Code
