My name is actually Vi :) that is why I love to play Vi. In game name: VietCong on Bush.
This guide is only for Advance Vi players. I recommend you to have a look at other deep/basic guide and gain experience in Vi before you try out this build.
So you want to learn the Hokuto Shinken?
Welcome! The successor of North Star Vi
In the year 2019, Summoner Rift was covered with cancers and toxicity. All forms of good players seem to have disappeared off the Rift. The rivers have dried, the Rift has cracked. And yet, the champions are still unbalanced.
A woman with strong fists has appeared to bring balance to Summoner Rift.

It is Vi- The Hokuto Shinken successor. When she appeares, it is her destiny to compete other junglers. Hokuto Shinken is the most deadly Chinese martial art in the Rift, passed down to only one successor. It has existed for 2000 years and those who fail in the journey to become successor must have their fists crushed, or their memories erased, in order to prevent the art falling into the wrong hands. |
Before Riot nerfs Vi, I want to pass it on to my next successor.
Hokuto Shinken- Art of Deadly Assassination
Let's start with advantages and disadvantages of this build.
- You are the assassin that will deal tons of damage
- Jungle invades from your enemy will be feared by your DPS.
- ADC will be exploded by the single blow and striking into 708 Keiraku Hiko- Hidden Channeling points.
- You will never lose in a duel with any other inferior arts (I mean other junglers).
- The build is very cheap and always get ahead of everyone.
- You are very very squishy (Theres no health/armor for you to take reduced damage. However, your
Blast Shield gives you 15% of your maximum health.)
- Your responsibilty to control the map and picking up kills in mid-late game are very stressful so we want a true successor who always stay calm.
- If they have good Crowd Control, you will probably fail to assassinate anyone.
- If late game the ADC has tanky items and Mages has Zhonyas. You will need to get that
.
Advantages:

Duskblade of DraktharrThe most powerful Lethality item that will give you satisfaction of killing ADCs. It has: Pros: + slow enemy down + good price and good burst damage overall for Vi. + invisibility for surviving point-click abilities + stacking CDR for late game items (ult is only 30s) Cons: - squishy and easy to die. - once their team is tankier. You can not oneshot anyone. |

EclipseSuprisingly strong against squishies/tank . It has: Pros: + fair amount of shield/Omnivamp for sustain + good price and good damage late game for Vi if their team decide to build tanky items. + scaling armor penetration for passive + lord dominik in late game build. Cons: - no CDR stacking in late game so you will need axiom arc/essence reaver to spam ult and abilities. |

Axiom ArcSeason 12 item that is recently got added into the game for all assassins (and bruisers). Imagine having 2 ults in 1 fight? Whats more broken than that? Pros + good amount of damage + plenty of CDR and a broken ult CDR refund passive. Cons: - rushing this item when you're behind would greatly reduce the chance of winning 1v1 against anyone. |

Essence ReaverThe second/third item of Lethality for Vi. Pros: + the Cooldown reduction + good damage buff + sheen proc + 20% crit for the extra hurt. Cons: - compare to other damage items passives it wouldnt be the best option. - only can be build to kill squishy targets. |

The CollectorThis is a VERY IMPORTANT item for every Vi's build. Due to the perfect execution of enemy. They wont stand a chance to react. Pros: + Execution makes everything goes very smoothly to one shot everyone. + good amount of damage+ 20% crit. Cons: - a bit expensive compare to other lethality and lack of CDR and survival. |

Ionion Boots of LucidityThe perfect boots for this build because: Pros: + the CDR on summoner spell and abilities. + cheaper than other boots. Cons: - squishy and no survivablity chance to reduce the odds. |

Lord Dominik's RegardsThis item is superb with a bit of crit power, extra damage dealing beefy champs. the armor penetration will stack with W passive so you will get the best damage in the game. |

Serylda's GrudgeThe amount of advantages that you can get from this item is awesome! The amount of armor pen + CDR + Slow cc and damage will break very obstable. |

. With only 2400 gold, if your team is behind and you need good clearance of vision from your jungle, well I can not recommend enough :). |

Edge of NightRecently, this item is changed with the passive but I think it is still really great for all types of engagements. You want to avoid a lot of crowd control/supressions from the enemy team. |

Serpent's FangSeason 12 has been really rough for assassins who can not penetrate through heavy shields from Karma/Janna/Lulu and Taric. |

The time has come my young successor. I am about to show you the ultimate assassinate techniques.
1. Basic Combo that everyone knows :) but with a little twist.
The reason I use E before proc W because of the "Shield" and faster DPS.
The combo: casting Q - E - Auto Attack
2. The advanced Combo of Hokuto Shinken. Without full build
This is my favourite combo that makes every ADC has a nightmare. Start off with no build with make it easier to learn and understand.
The combo: Casting Q- E- Auto Attack - Ult- Auto Attack- E - Auto Attack.
Now with the full build.
Galeforce trick that u might find very interesting.
3. The advanced Combo of Raoh no Ken. The one shot.
This combo requires you to be closer and starting of with R.
Important: Not ideal for group fight, try to flank when the enemy adc does not pay attention to positioning.
The combo: R- Q- Auto attack- E - Auto- E - Auto.
