Pre Level 6
Pre level 6, you're going to be doing your best to farm and play safe as you most likely won't be very strong early compared to your enemy laner. Use your E + Q combo to gain some much needed range for poke or to defend yourself against their poke. Only use your W if the enemy jungle roams down to gank, you have pressure to kill and need to stop them from disengaging, or if their support engages on you.
Post Level 6
Your ult will provide a major amount of pressure if you're ahead, or potential to bait them under turret if you're behind. Primarily try to ult the person that the enemy laners have been focusing, this can turn fights pretty easily in your favor. If you're in a 1v1, don't be afraid to flash onto the enemy laner and ult yourself to assist in chaining CC with your W.
Late game
At this point you're going to be pretty squishy compared to most other champions in the game, so make sure to pull as little agro as possible, stay to the back line, and CC as many people as possible between your autos.
